All staff promotes responsible alcohol consumption.
Only alcohol purchased at JBRSEC may be consumed.
Staff has the right to refuse admission and/or service to any person who appears to be in a state of intoxification.
Alcohol will be served in designated areas.
Animals are not permitted in JBRSEC, with the exception of service animals.
An ATM is located on the 2nd level, outside the Community Room.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted to be displayed on the designated billboard, located on the 1st level.
Commercial signs or advertising are not permitted.
Management reserved the right to remove any banners or signs deemed unacceptable.
JBRSEC is equipped with 6 dressing rooms.
A First Aid room is located on the 1st level, closest to Section 102.

LOST & FOUND
Lost & found is located inside the main entrance.
Items are stored for 30 days, after which time they are then removed for donation.
JBRSEC provides free parking.
There are 430 paved parking spots and accessible parking near the main entrance.
Please note: Parking is not permitted on Kennedys Brook Drive, vehicles will be ticketed by Municipal Enforcement.
For the safety of all patrons the following items are not permitted.
Weapons (firearms, knives), fireworks, alcoholic beverages not sold by JBRSEC, illegal drugs.

A designated smoking area is located 10 meters from the main entrance on Kennedy Brook Drive.

Tickets previously purchased may be picked up at the Box Office during regular box office hours and on event days up to 90 minutes prior to the start of an event.
